Overview


Responsible for managing all HR and L&D data and data systems to ensure data is accurate, up to date, secure and filed appropriately. The post holder shall play a key role in the day to maintenance of the HR systems, including setting up new starters and leavers and employee and agency lifecycle administration activities. The role will have a strong focus on Learning Development activities including, ensuring new members are properly inducted and understand our core values (Futaba-Way). The role will work closely with the HR Manager to administer the training plan for the Company including sourcing and arranging outside training providers. This role is ideal for someone to take their first steps into the HR and Learning and Development. This is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

Responsibilities

:

Ensure the accurate, timely delivery of HR processes, highlighting any need for corrective action Ensure accurate administration and maintenance of HR databases, technology systems and filing systems. Accurately collect and collate HR related data Ensure accurate administration and maintenance of HR and L&D databases, filing and information systems. Accurately collect, collate HR and L&D related data to identify continuous improvement opportunities, policy amendment requirements and risks to the organisation Record business performance Use HR and L&D systems to generate reports Weekly audit on new starter paperwork induction reviews (DOJO sign off documents). Support the delivery and evaluation of people programmes and projects. Complete your minimum job role expectations

Requirements:



Proven experience in a HR and Learning and Development role or similar position within human resources. Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in using Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. L3 CIPD Qualification (Desirable)

Working Hours:



A 38 hour week consisting of -

Monday to Thursday 08:00am until 17:00pm

Fridays 08:00am until 12:00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: 26,746.00 per year
