The HR Business Advisor provides comprehensive and professional HR advice and support to the Trust across a range of HR services. The successful applicant will support in the drafting, monitoring and implementation of Trust HR/ Medical Workforce policies, procedures and practices throughout the organisation, ensuring these are in line with national guidance and employment legislation. They will assist with the management of employment relations cases across the Trust in relation to disciplinary, performance, MHPS (maintaining high professional standards), attendance, grievance, bullying and harassment and raising concerns. Ensuring due process and policies are followed in accordance with legislation, the Lead Employer where appropriate and in a timely manner.
The post holder will provide excellent customer service and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
We are currently looking for a HR professional who is qualified or working towards their CIPD graduate membership.
This role will join a team that is flexible in their approach to work, working across Trust sites with the opportunity to work from home weekly as part of the Trust's Hybrid Working Model.
The successful applicant will act as first point of contact in providing proactive, professional and specialist HR advice, covering NHS and medical & dental terms and conditions to managers and employees across the organisation on a range of HR topics including employee relations, disciplinary, performance, attendance, grievance, bullying and harassment and raising concerns.
This is varied role where the successful applicant will need to be able to multi task, have excellent planning and time management skills, to be a team player and be prepared to move seamlessly from task to another. You will have developed good interpersonal and communication skills during your career and have experience of providing HR advice and support for employee relations case management within a changing environment.
