HR Business and Change Partner
About this opportunity
Cumberland Council is looking to appoint a dynamic
HR Business and Change Partner
to lead complex organisational change and support the delivery of strategic HR/OD initiatives across the Council. This role is key to shaping the workforce of the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support large-scale, high-impact organisational change
Advise managers on people strategy, service design, and workforce planning
Collaborate across HR/OD teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services
Provide matrix management and coaching to HR/OD colleagues
Drive innovation in employment models and people development
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in strategic HR and organisational change
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in complex environments
This role is available on a fixed term until March 2026
