Here at Sciensus a new opportunity has arisen for a a Human Resources Business Partner to join us on a 12-month Fixed Term basis, at our Burton office. This will be a hybrid working opportunity. We are looking for a strong HRBP with the ability to develop excellent relationships with stakeholders within multiple functions across our business. Comfortable in making a key commercial contribution to the growth and improved profitability of the business by partnering dedicated business areas and assume overall responsibility for developing and implementing effective strategies and interventions to meet the evolving business areas objectives for the future. You will ensure the business is legally compliant, accountable for the delivery of operational KPI\xe2\x80\x99s (including retention, attrition, and absence), adding value to the bottom line and contributing to the success of the business through its people.
