Dale Farm Cooperative is a UK dairy farmer co-operative owned by over 1200 dairy farmers who supply us with fresh milk. Dale Farm has operations throughout the UK and Ireland producing and distributing a wide range of dairy products which it sells across the UK and Ireland as well as exporting to over 45 countries worldwide.

HR Business Partner
As an HR Business Partner within the Dale Farm Group you will be a key partner to the operational functions of the business. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building skills, and be able to think and act strategically whilst also being delivery focused. You will have broad HR generalist skills, coupled with a commercial and credible approach.





Key areas of responsibility include:





Provide specialist HR advice to all employees across the Group. Supports the company growth plan through sourcing talent via a robust recruitment plan. Support managers on disciplinary & grievance issues in line with legislation, policy, best practice and HR KPI's. Manage sickness absence and long term absence, including advice and recommendations to managers and supervisors. Support departmental activity with performance management across Group sites. Responsibility for supporting Sedex ethical audits. Lead and deliver HR projects and initiatives. Monitor and analyse trend data to help with strategy development to improve organisational effectiveness. Promote a proactive approach in achieving HR KPI's. Provide updates on general best practice and legislative requirements. Develop company policies and procedures. Design, implement and deliver appropriate HR training as required. Ensure all set HR guidelines are adhered to by management. Promotes a diverse and inclusive culture by supporting company employee initiatives. To ensure that confidentiality is respected and maintained always.




You will have a minimum of five years' experience working within a Human Resources department, advising and guiding managers and employees on the full spectrum of Employee Relations issues. You will be a self-starter with the desire to work in a challenging and fast paced manufacturing environment.





Ideally you will be educated to degree level, be CIPD qualified and have excellent IT skills and delivery of strategic HR projects would be an advantage. You will need to flexible to travel to any of our sites and have access to your own transport.
