The Role? We're looking for an experienced and credible HR Business Partner to join our People Services team. This is a role for someone who thrives on influencing change, shaping strategy and partnering with senior leaders to drive organisational performance.



This is not a transactional HR role. You'll work hand-in-hand with leaders across the business, providing professional challenge, data-driven insights and people-focused solutions that help us achieve our corporate priorities. You will:



Partner with senior managers to shape and deliver workforce strategies.



Play a pivotal role in strategic workforce planning, helping leaders anticipate future needs, design agile structures and build resilience.



Build leadership and management capability through coaching, challenge and development.



Provide expert guidance on employee relations, organisational change and transformation.



Lead on talent planning, succession management and building a culture of continuous development.



Ensure people strategies directly support the delivery of Tenants at Heart .



About You? We're looking for an HR professional with the confidence, insight and credibility to influence at a senior level. You will bring:



Level 7 CIPD recognised qualification (or equivalent experience) with strong generalist HR knowledge.



Significant experience of delivering a successful HR business partnering service.



Proven ability to coach and support leaders, building capability and confidence.



Experience of managing organisational change, including restructures and TUPE.



A data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insight into action.



Please be advised that the successful candidate must be willing to work a minimum of 4 days per week on-site.
