We are seeking a confident and hands-on HR Business Partner to join our Corby based site. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment. You'll be responsible for delivering a full spectrum of HR support to the wider, supportive HR network across other Arvato locations.
Your Tasks:
Partner with operational leaders to drive engagement, performance and people development.
Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, employee relations and best practice.
Lead on case management including disciplinary, grievance and absence processes.
Manage direct reports, ensuring their objectives align with business goals and support their individual development.
Address high-level employee issues, including grievances, appeals, ET claims, and complex disciplinary matters.
Support the design, development, and execution of strategic projects and change management initiatives.
Implement policies and manage processes related to redundancies, restructures, succession planning, TUPE transfers, and more.
Coach and develop HR colleagues and stakeholders throughout the organisation.
Stay abreast of employment law changes and ensure compliance within the business.
Your Profile:
We are looking for an individual with a strong ethical and people-centric approach to HR, along with the following qualifications:
CIPD Qualification.
Previous experience in an HR Advisor/HRBP role with a solid understanding of people management issues.
Proficient knowledge of employment law and a commitment to continuous HR learning and development.
Proactive interaction skills, with the ability to engage with managers and employees at all levels.
Highly organized, capable of managing conflicting demands and meeting deadlines effectively.
Strong judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and creative approach.
Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with individuals at all levels.
