As a HR Business Partner (Employee Relations), you'll play a key role in supporting our managers and teams to deliver excellence every day. You'll bring professional expertise, empathy and a pragmatic approach to employee relations - helping to create a fair, supportive and high-performing workplace where everyone can thrive.
What you'll do
Partner with leaders and managers across the Pure Group, providing first class HR guidance and support on all employee relations matters.
Coach and support managers on performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes, balancing people care with business priorities.
Lead on complex ER cases and ensure our approach is consistent, legally compliant and values-driven
Contribute to organisational change projects
Work collaboratively with colleagues across HR, L&D and Operations to build manager capability and develop proactive employee relations strategies.
Providing ER reporting, analysing and identifying ER data trends, providing solutions to recurring themes and contributing to shaping future initiatives, and enhancing engagement.
What you'll bring
CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience), ideally with an Employment Law specialism.
Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and proven experience managing ER cases.
The confidence to coach and influence managers at all levels.
A collaborative and commercially aware mindset, with a calm and resilient approach.
Excellent organisation and communication skills - with the ability to balance empathy and objectivity.
A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to our locations across the UK.
