Salary: Circa 55,000 per annum plus 550 P/M Car Allowance / Company Car + Annual Bonus
Location: Home based, with expected regular travel across the UK

What you'll be doing:
Deliver comprehensive workforce planning activities to maximize capability and resource while identifying areas for increased engagement and efficiencies
Ensure full succession planning is undertaken, capturing high performance and high potential individuals across all business levels with active development plans
Support the annual pay and bonus cycle, including objective and PDP setting process with year-round review and management
Drive the annual employee survey completion, results cascade, and action planning
Partner with General Managers on business matters requiring HR solutions, providing medium and long-term strategic support
Support behavioral and cultural change initiatives to maximize people capability and increase employee engagement
Utilize company analytics to drive performance and provide key information to senior stakeholders
Work collaboratively with BU HR Business Partners and ER team to deliver effective HR solutions for business challenges
What we're looking for:
Proven experience workforce planning for a complex large business
Knowledge and experience of talent mapping and succession planning
Knowledge and well practiced in driving employee surveys
Experience managing key business HR projects
Proven track record of advising and influencing senior stakeholders in operational environments on confidential and challenging issues
Qualified within the field of HR
