We are now seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for the UK. They will report directly to our Chief People Officer and play a key role in supporting the UK business through some significant change projects. The HRBP will closely partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, Finance and Product & Engineering.

The role - what you\'ll do:

As a crucial person in our People team, the HRBP will:

  • Provide advice and coaching to line managers and leaders on day to day challenges.
  • Deal proactively and strategically with all ER matters, supporting leadership through each process to find constructive solutions that work for the business and all individuals involved
  • Help our People Ops team successfully deliver and implement our TOM project
  • Provide advice and assistance to leaders with a strong focus on the critical areas of workforce planning, talent management, employee management and change management
  • Influence and facilitate the integration of people initiatives, including aligning performance, development, reward and succession
  • Help to support and drive a range of engagement and culture strategies
  • Collaborate with recruitment and wider team on global projects

Skills/Knowledge:

Experience:
  • Excellent demonstrable UK Employment law knowledge and best practice, comfortable raising concerns about practices which are not aligned with legislation
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Understanding of the full spectrum of HR policies, processes and structures required for the effective functioning of People Operations in the UK
