The role





You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing people strategies that align with business goals and drive growth. Partnering closely with business leaders across all support functions, you will deliver strategic HR solutions across the employee lifecycle to enhance performance, engagement, and organisational effectiveness. This role also works in close collaboration with the People team's centres of excellence to ensure timely delivery of operational services and a consistently high-quality, people-focused experience.



Key responsibilities include:
Partner with leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives. Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organisational design. Advise and coach leaders on driving a culture of performance management ensuring consistent application of policies and processes. Work closely with the HR Operations team on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. Collaborate with leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to determine resourcing requirements in line with workforce planning and talent attraction strategies. Support the Internal Communications team with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives which align with company values and goals. Work closely with the Learning and Development team on management and leadership development initiatives, performance calibrations and succession planning. Manage the development, implementation and review of compensation frameworks and pay practices that align with the company's reward strategy. Use data and insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives. Support change management and organisational transformation projects. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the business. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices.

Experience required





You'll be an experienced HR professional with a background of working closely within a team of HR Business Partners and HR Operations, and collaborating with the wider HR functions, including Internal Communications, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition. With extensive HR operational and strategic experience, you'll confidently manage and be adept at balancing both reactive and proactive workloads, meeting changing deadlines.
Proven and progressive strategic and operational experience in a HR business partnering role in a high growth, fast-paced and global company. Demonstrated success in partnering with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals. Strong experience working collaboratively within a team of HR Business Partners and HR Operations to deliver consistent and effective HR support. Proven ability to work with the wider HR function, including Centres of Excellence (e.g., Talent, Learning, and Communications), to deliver integrated people solutions. Hands-on experience in organisation design, including restructuring, role design, and workforce planning. Experience of managing the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development. Strong experience in reward, including the design and implementation of compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and pay review processes. Experience of working with an HRIS with the ability to confidently analyse and interpret people data.

Commercial and Legislative Awareness - Actively monitors HR and industry trends, legislative developments, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and ensure practices remain current and compliant.
