We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to help shape the future of our organisation. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with leaders to understand our goals, address challenges, and seize opportunities that drive the business forward.
The role
In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders across our organisation. You'll play an important role in delivering our people strategy and supporting major change initiatives, making sure our HR solutions line up with business goals.
Whether it's talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, or culture transformation - you'll help drive long-term, sustainable performance.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Proactive partnership
Partnering with leaders to align people initiatives with business priorities, enhancing organisational effectiveness and driving cultural change
Collaborating on workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives
Using business and HR analytics to guide decision-making and measure impact
Organisational development
Leading and delivering projects that bring our People Strategy to life and support our organisation's goals
Providing expert advice on areas like organisational structure, role design, and workforce change
Creating and supporting a high-performance culture where colleagues can thrive
HR delivery
Coaching, supporting, and constructively challenging leaders on performance, engagement, and development
Managing complex employee relations issues with fairness, care, and consistency
Shaping people policies and initiatives, and driving continuous improvement as part of the broader HR team
Who we're looking for
You're an experienced HR generalist with a strong understanding of how people practices support business goals.
With a solid background in HR delivery, employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, and organisational change, you know how to manage transition effectively and build alignment across teams. You take a collaborative approach, influence confidently at all levels, and communicate with clarity.
You're passionate about making a difference - and always open to learning and growing.
Essential Criteria
Experience as a commercial business partner working closely with senior leaders across multiple sectors
Proven experience in senior HR roles
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
Experience of turning people initiatives into real results that last, with a strong understanding of how HR supports business success
Demonstrated success in managing change, restructuring, and workforce planning
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
Resilient and adaptable to shifting priorities and ambiguity
CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
