About The Role





We're on the lookout for a

tactical, practical, and operational HR Business Partner

who thrives on making things happen. If you're equally comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up your sleeves to deliver day-to-day excellence, this is the role for you. As a key member of our HR team, you'll deliver a high-quality, compliant, and efficient HR service that aligns with our colleague journey and organisational goals. You'll work closely with allocated business functions to drive both strategic initiatives and operational outcomes.


Strategic & Tactical Partnering

Work hand-in-hand with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to develop and lead targeted annual people plans that meet evolving business needs.

Operational Excellence

Provide hands-on support across core HR processes, ensuring smooth execution and practical solutions that make a real difference.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Track and analyse key people metrics to identify trends, support accurate forecasting, and inform workforce planning.

Performance & Reward Leadership

Manage performance and pay processes with fairness and consistency, aligned to business priorities.

Organisational Design Governance

Oversee OD governance across functional areas, ensuring structures are fit for purpose and future-ready.

Change Enablement

Lead and support the implementation of people-related change projects, embedding them effectively across the business.

Talent & Succession Strategy

Drive talent management and succession planning, building a robust pipeline to support long-term growth.

About You
