site, your valuable HR experience, flexibility, excellent influencing, and communication skills will support you with providing a proactive, strategic, effective and professional HR service to your key stakeholders.
Whilst championing group policies, procedures, and initiatives, you will support with delivering the site people plan. You will ensure all people initiatives are implemented including PDR, 360 feedback, 9 Box grid and our engagement surveys.
You will provide first-class advice on complex employee relations matters where your strong coaching style will assist you with building and maintaining strong relationships and achieving successful outcomes, ensuring statutory legislation compliance. In addition you will responsible for advice and guidance issued on attendance. You will be involved in BRC, Customer, ethical and Pillar book audits ensuring all the people elements are compliant.
Your interest in employee engagement will support you with ensuring activities at your site, linked to our DE&I and wellbeing roadmap are implemented. Also building Community and Early career plans, working with external stakeholders will enable your site to be an employer of choice.
The central recruitment team will lead on attraction activity, but you will be responsible for advising on your succession plan, skills and knowledge gaps to ensure that the recruitment team are working proactively and reactively with finding the very best talent. Once they have hired the candidate, you will be responsible for Onboarding.
You will have loads of energy, resilience and relish a varied, challenging, sometimes frustrating and busy workload. Equally you will have the opportunity to support our Site Director and Head of HR with HR projects.
Ideally you will already be CIPD qualified and have some experience working in a manufacturing / FMCG environment. You will have excellent excel, word and PowerPoint skills. Ideally you will have experience using Resource Link, Open Options, Networx, SAP although training can be provided. A valid driving license is essential as travelling in the role to HR meetings, Conference, events, training, other meetings and audits is a requirement.
