What You'll Be Doing
Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees
Leading on employee relations, engagement, and workforce planning
Supporting change management and organisational development
Ensuring HR compliance and legal adherence
Managing recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
Using HR data and analytics to drive decisions
What We're Looking For
CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
5+ years in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner role
Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices
A strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
Experience handling employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
