We're looking for a collaborative and strategic HR Business Partner to support our Asset Management Chief Operating Office (AM COO) on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Working in partnership with the Head of HR and senior leaders within our Asset Management division, you'll ensure that HR services are delivered across all locations under your remit, while maintaining an independent organisation-wide corporate perspective.

What you'll be doing:
Partnering with senior leaders to shape and deliver HR priorities aligned with business goals
Supporting the implementation of the People Plan and leading key people projects
Advising on employee engagement, organisational change, and workforce planning
Driving talent and succession planning activities across the business
Leading annual HR cycles including performance reviews and employee surveys
Collaborating with Reward to develop and implement effective reward strategies
Championing positive employee relations and working closely with employee representatives
Contributing to cross-functional HR initiatives and providing cover for HR colleagues when needed
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex, matrixed organisation
Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and organisational development
Experience supporting IT, Change, and Project teams
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align HR strategy with business needs
Skilled in talent management, organisational design, and culture change
Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions and international teams
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data for decision-making
CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred
