Aligning HR strategy with business goals like a boss
Responsible for managing
ALL HR-related queries and tasks
Navigating Bulgarian and UK Labour & Employment Law, HR policies, compliance, and best practices with confidence
Coaching leaders, supporting managers, and enabling teams to do their best work
Owning the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, growth, performance, and beyond
Acting as the guardian of our culture and the voice of our values ?
Bringing data, insight, and heart to every decision ?
You bring:
A minimum of
8 years of HRBP
experience (preferably in startups or scale-ups)
Deep understanding of
Bulgarian and UK Labour & Employment Law
and people operations
