Location: London based, plus regular travel to Peterborough and Cambridge offices (min 3 days in office)

We're seeking a confident HR Business Partner to lead operational HR across the firm.
What You'll Do In this hands on role you'll be the go-to expert for complex ER cases, policy development, and process improvement, bringing clarity, empathy, and commercial understanding to every interaction. Working closely with senior stakeholders, including employment lawyers, you'll use your coaching and organisational skills to ensure our workforce is engaged and our managers are supported. You'll also collaborate with our HR Coordinator and the wider HR team to create HR operational processes that are robust, responsive, and aligned with the needs of a growing firm.
Beyond the Day-to-Day Alongside your operational responsibilities, you'll support the Peoples on strategic projects. These span workforce planning, DEI, ESG, and employee development, giving you the chance to shape initiatives that deliver long-term impact across the firm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 39,143.24-80,000.00 per year
