As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll collaborate closely with the HR Director to deliver our HR strategy and lead key projects that drive business initiatives and performance. You'll play a critical role in leading and advising on complex employee relations issues, while also supporting wider people initiatives. Partnering closely with the leadership teams, you'll influence how we manage people, resolve challenges, and maintain a culture grounded in trust and accountability.

What You'll Be Doing:



Leadership Development:

Partner with senior leaders to identify development opportunities, provide 1:1 coaching, and build high-performing teams.

Strategic HR Projects:

Lead and deliver on a range of strategic HR initiatives that align with our business goals.

Operational Excellence:

Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and best practices across the business.

Consultative Expertise:

Advise on Employee Relations, TUPE, and complex HR issues, offering expert guidance and mitigating risks.

Cultural Advocate:

Lead initiatives that promote our company values, fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Team Leadership:

Develop and lead onshore and offshore HR teams, empowering them to deliver top-tier service to the business.

What You'll Bring:



Strong background in HR with a deep specialism in Employee Relations. Proven experience managing complex ER cases and advising senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. A consultative, solution-oriented mindset, adept at managing multiple priorities and driving business change. Passion for leadership development, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

What We're Looking For:



Education:

BA (Hons) Degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is desirable.

Experience:

Proven experience in a senior HR role, with a track record of strong ER casework.

Skills:

Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with a strategic approach and proficiency in HR systems.
