About The Role



About the Role





As a HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering our people strategy and supporting the business to achieve its objectives. You'll lead on HR projects and change initiatives, while coaching and empowering managers to create a positive culture and manage performance effectively. This is a senior-level role requiring strong commercial awareness, experience and the ability to handle complex employee relations issues.


Key Responsibilities




Drive the implementation of the People Plan to meet business goals.

Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant, consistent, and up to date.

Lead strategic HR projects and integrations.

Coach and train managers on HR processes and best practice.

Manage complex disciplinary, grievance, and performance cases.

Oversee change initiatives such as TUPE transfers and restructures.

Produce insightful HR reports and analyse trends to drive improvement.

Line manage HR Officers and mentor team members.

Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders.

Deputise for the Director of HR & Resourcing when required.

What We're Looking For




CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience in a senior HR role.

Strong knowledge of employment law, including TUPE and redundancy.

Proven experience in generalist HR at a senior level (care sector experience desirable).

Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and to deadlines.

Proactive, dynamic, and results-focused with a collaborative approach.
