Our AI-powered products tackle availability, inventory, waste, and compliance--turning real-time data into retail wins. We're growing globally and looking for the right team to keep the momentum going.





We're looking for a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to support our Head of HR and work closely with the wider global team. You'll play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, and delivering people-focused solutions that drive performance and engagement.

What you will do:



Partner with senior leaders across all geographies to provide HR guidance and support aligned with business priorities Support the Head of HR in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning activities Manage employee relations, including coaching managers on complex cases and investigations Lead or support change management and organizational development initiatives Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and compliance with local laws and policies Provide insights and HR metrics to influence business decisions and improve employee experience



Our ideal candidate:



Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within a multinational company Proven knowledge of UK, US, or Australia employment law and best practices Ability to build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders and influence at all levels Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience supporting change management and employee engagement initiatives Confident problem-solving skills and a commercial mindset CIPD qualified (preferred)
