HR Business Partner
who thrives on variety, collaboration, and delivering exceptional HR services in a fast paced and growing business environment.
This is a
generalist HR role
where you will be supporting and coaching leaders operating in a 24/7 shift environment, 365 days/year. You'll work closely with our growing Competitive Gaming division, based in Milton Keynes, with regular travel to London. Working collaboratively in a HR team, you will line manage the HR Advisor role based in Milton Keynes.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering expert HR advice and case management across the full employee lifecycle
Coaching managers to build confidence and capability in handling people matters
Leading and supporting HR projects that drive organisational goals
Championing inclusive, fair, and engaging people practices
Collaborating with HR colleagues to continuously improve our services
Staying ahead of employment law and best practice to keep us compliant and competitive.
Supporting change programmes including changes to team structures and terms and conditions.
Who You Are
CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) with active membership
Experienced in operational HR within 24/7 shift-based environments
Skilled in employee relations, performance, recruitment, L&D, and wellbeing
Confident working independently in a fast-paced, evolving business
A natural communicator with strong influencing and coaching skills
Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and professional development
Comfortable working across multiple locations and with diverse teams
Experience of line management of HR Advisor/HR Administrators.
Experience of working with a large casual/zero hours workforce is desirable.
Working Arrangements
Base:
Milton Keynes office (minimum 3 days/week)
Travel:
Regular travel to our Central London office and occasional travel to MediaCityUK in Salford.
Flexibility:
Hybrid working with occasional evening/weekend support due to shift patterns
