What you'll be doing...

As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers to align HR strategy with business goals. You will deliver proactive, commercial, and solutions-focused HR support across a range of people priorities.

Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs and develop aligned people strategies Lead on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational change initiatives Deliver coaching and guidance to managers on leadership, people development, and engagement Analyse HR metrics and provide insight to drive continuous improvement and decision-making Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Support talent acquisition and onboarding strategies to attract and retain high-performing talent Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing across the organisation Lead or support key HR projects such as TUPE, restructures, or cultural transformation

Working pattern:

Monday - Friday | Travel required | Located in the South



What can you bring?

Significant experience in a senior HR role or HR Business Partner position In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practice Proven ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills Experience leading change and transformation projects Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills Commercially minded with a focus on value-added HR delivery CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification is desirable
