To increase accessibility to prescription medications and improve health outcomes by providing a seamless, technology-driven solution that empowers brands to integrate digital health services effortlessly, Evaro strives to build the online banking for UK healthcare.
Our journey

People Lead - Consultant
Join us as a
HR Business Partner
in a hands on role in the People Team during a time of growth. You will be joining a small team of 2, supporting us to take our plans to the next level. You will be reporting to the People Lead (Consultant) and working alongside the HR Assistant.
You will provide operational and strategic HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on employee relations cases, department-level change management, and partnering with Managers in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. You bring experience guiding businesses through change and building trust with Managers as a true partner. You are happy to role up your sleeves and be involved in generalist team work to support our mission and levelling up.
As a HRBP at Evaro, your role looks like:
Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership
Build trusted relationships at all levels, providing commercially-focused advice to leaders and managers
Champion our values, employee experience, and high-performance culture
Be an HR problem-solver: proactive, collaborative, and willing to "roll up sleeves" on both strategic and practical challenges
Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence processes
Advise, coach, and support managers in all ER situations, ensuring fair, pragmatic, and legally compliant outcomes
Conduct and document investigations, hearings, and employee meetings as needed
Know when to escalate and include People Lead in complex cases or those where the wider SLT are involved.
Generalist HR Support
Partner with our on-site HR Assistant, who leads on day-to-day HR administration, onboarding, and data input; provide guidance where needed, but operational admin is not the primary focus for this role
Advise on employee lifecycle changes, people processes, and improvements as we evolve (the HR Assistant will own day-to-day onboarding logistics)
Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment legislation, and best practice
Resolve complex HR policy, process, or employee queries as an escalation point
Collaborate with the internal recruitment team (three dedicated Talent Acquisition Partners) by keeping informed on upcoming hires and changes to team structures
Support workforce planning, organisational change, and functional structure reviews; notresponsible for hands-on recruitment delivery
People Projects & Change Management
Support the People Lead with delivery of people initiatives, including learning & development, engagement, inclusion, and performance projects
Support change management processes at the department level, from new initiatives
Contribute to culture-building, employee wellbeing, and embedding new HR policies
