To support this, we're looking for a highly capable HR Business Partner who is ready to take full ownership of HR delivery within this evolving business pillar.
Although part of a wider HR function and connected to other HR Professionals across the organisation, you will be the sole HR lead for this pillar, partnering closely with leadership teams and supporting a workforce of around 400 people. This is your opportunity to shape the people experience, culture, and operational HR delivery from the ground up. You'll have the freedom to innovate and introduce new ideas where they'll make a difference.
Regular travel to sites across the UK will be essential in order to build strong relationships, support leadership teams in person, and lead integration activity effectively.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll bring a strong commercial mindset and HR generalist expertise to:
Lead all people-related activity across your business platform.
Partner with leaders to deliver the People Agenda and business strategy.
Advise and coach managers on employee relations, performance & engagement.
Drive cyclical HR activity including talent, reward and succession planning.
Build strong workforce and labour market insights to support recruitment.
Oversee compliance, policy application and employment legislation changes.
Lead integration & transition activities including TUPE.
What Do You Need?
Degree/HND/HNC or equivalent in a Human Resources discipline.
Confident and proactive HR professional with operational generalist experience.
Strong coaching skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience of organisational change, including TUPE.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret workforce data and trends.
Solid grasp of UK employment law & best practice ER handling.
Self-driven, resilient and organised -- able to handle pressure & competing priorities.
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Packages
Full UK Driving Licence.
