Mott MacDonald Bentley are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join the Anglian Water @One Alliance.

What will you be doing as our new HR Business Partner?

In this highly visible role, you'll work closely with senior leaders across the Alliance, acting as a trusted advisor to align people strategies with organisational goals. You'll play a vital role in supporting high performance, organisational change, and a culture where everyone can thrive.

Key responsibilities:

Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that drive business outcomes Lead initiatives in workforce planning, talent development and organisational design Provide expert support on employee relations and complex HR challenges Use data and insights to guide decisions and measure success Champion diversity, equity and inclusion across all teams Coach leaders to build confidence and capability in managing their people Collaborate with Alliance partner organisations to co-create HR solutions and share best practice Maintain a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality and collaboration

A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours:

We're looking for someone who is confident, capable and collaborative, with a passion for people and progress.


You will:

Be a qualified HR professional (CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience) Have experience as a strategic HR Business Partner or senior HR role Be skilled in analysing HR metrics and turning insights into action Be an excellent communicator, coach and relationship builder Have experience in managing change and influencing at a senior level Be resilient, adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
