The role:
This role would suit someone from an agile, growing, dynamic business. You will partner with colleagues across the business to drive continuous improvement, people first, and consistency of approach. Our ideal candidate is an innovative and multifaceted HR professional with exceptional knowledge of employment law and its practical application, and someone who has designed and delivered a range of large projects and initiatives across L&D, wellbeing and career development. As a fast-moving high energy business, attracting, rewarding and retaining talent is key. An important part of your role will be in driving talent strategy, devising new and innovative ways to attract new talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Coaches managers on complex leadership and HR issues including development and talent performance and issues which could have the potential to create a competitive advantage for the KT
Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
Suggesting new HR technology solutions to improve day-to-day operations (e.g. ATS and HRIS software)
Lead people and culture development strategies and collaborate with senior leaders on the execution of business strategies
Support the development, implementation and measurement of an effective employee engagement strategy that supports the organisation strategy and builds levels of engagement throughout the staff team.
Provide guidance and coaching in situations requiring conflict resolution, policy/procedure interpretation, performance management, disciplinary actions up to terminations, and any other issues
An in-depth knowledge of employment law and managed a broad range of employee relations issues
Driving organisational commitment to leverage diversity to our competitive advantage
Develops and uses analytics and trend analysis to help shape and influence HR strategies to support business objectives
Monitoring key recruitment metrics, such as turnover and retention rates
Develop and lead the smooth function of all aspects of people operations across all locations: processes and workflows; knowledge management; structures; cohesive practices that are reliable and scalable. Implement changes to increase efficiency and quality. ensure that all people practices are evaluated with an equity lens
Problem solving and navigating complex stakeholder groups to deliver pragmatic win-win outcomes
Demonstrate the ability to understand business goals and market trends and leverage this insight to recommend and influence new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
Training hiring managers on candidate interview evaluation techniques and identifying development needs
