HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded

HR Business Partner

to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with business leaders and Regional Segment HR Directors to shape and deliver HR strategies that maximise people performance, drive workforce planning, and strengthen business outcomes. You'll be a trusted partner to leadership teams, ensuring HR adds tangible value to the business and supports long-term growth.

As

an HR Business Partner

you'll:

Partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions that enhance people performance, workforce planning and engagement. Build trusted client relationships, supporting business growth and development. Coach and advise account and segment leadership teams, acting as their key HR point of contact. Lead the delivery of the people agenda across accounts, working closely with regional HR and account management teams. Support the full range of HR activities including succession planning, talent management, learning & development, organisational design and change management. Drive HR value for clients through proactive engagement and a clear understanding of their strategic needs. Support bid renewals and provide HR expertise during mobilisation, transitions and new business opportunities. Champion a positive employee experience by driving engagement, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and a zero-accident mindset. Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance, and risk frameworks.

What we're looking for:

Degree level education or equivalent HR qualification (CIPD desirable). Extensive HR generalist experience across reward, resourcing, talent, change and employee relations. Strong client relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills. Proven experience in workforce planning, talent management and organisational development. Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching and facilitation skills. Commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery. Experience in unionised environments and/or works councils would be an advantage. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems.
