Whilst this is a remote role, we would like successful candidates to aim to work from our head office in Gillingham, Kent, once a month.
As HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted mentor to the management teams of your designated function or department. You'll work closely with leaders to build and sustain high performing, engaged teams, with a particular focus on manager coaching, and team development; identifying gaps and position impactful people strategies that enable the business to mitigate risk and perform effectively.
You'll play a hands-on role in delivering people initiatives that create improvement for employee experience and proactively work to improve culture and will also be responsible for completing the associated administrative tasks related to your work, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant people processes.
