Full Time, Permanent HR Business Partner

Based at BV Dairy in Shaftesbury

We are currently looking for a full time HR Business Partner to join our HR team on a permanent basis. This role is based at BV Dairy in Shaftesbury, working 37 hours per week with occasional travel required.

The Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will report to the HR Director and work across all areas of the HR remit in a true generalist capacity, partnering with the BV Dairy Business Unit. This will involve providing best practice HR expertise, ensuring delivery and implementation of our strategic people objectives whilst working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.



Additionally, you will:
Support the development of a regenerative culture
Implement strategies to ensure the appropriate measure and retention of talent
Support the design and development of a targeted engagement programme for site based colleagues to be advocates of First Milk and develop our Regenerative Culture
Support the development of our organisational design - including a robust resource planning process that compliments budget planning
Enhance our recruitment approach to ensure best practice by utilising effective recruitment and selection techniques
Coach line managers on a range of employee relations issues - including absence, discipline, grievance and performance management

About You

To be considered as an HR Business Partner, you will need:
Previous experience of delivering in a true business partnering capacity - with significant experience of delivering across the full generalist HR remit
Experience of having worked successfully in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrable experience of managing culture change initiatives and project managing HR initiatives
Proven track record of building effective relationships across all levels
Line management experience




An advantage would be the above in a manufacturing environment.
