About the Role




Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a real impact? We're seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HR Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy. In this office-based role, you'll work closely with business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions that support organisational goals, drive employee engagement, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. From advising on complex employee relations matters to leading on policy development and people initiatives, this is a varied and hands-on opportunity for someone ready to influence change and support business success.

Key Responsibilities



Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective people plans aligned with strategic objectives. Provide expert advice and coaching on all HR matters, including organisational change, performance management, and employee relations. Support the delivery of recruitment, talent, and succession planning initiatives. Lead on colleague engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives. Oversee and manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and company policy. Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they remain compliant with current UK employment legislation and best practice. Draft and implement new policies where required, ensuring they are clearly communicated and consistently applied across the organisation. Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., Learning & Development, Reward, Talent Acquisition) to deliver a high-quality HR service. Promote best practice in equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).

Requirements



About You



CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum; Level 7 preferred) or equivalent experience. Proven track record as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor within a UK organisation. Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach. Demonstrates strong team-working skills and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation. Commercially minded and data-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously when required.
