What you'll be doing...
As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers to align HR strategy with business goals. You will deliver proactive, commercial, and solutions-focused HR support across a range of people priorities.
Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs and develop aligned people strategies
Lead on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational change initiatives
Deliver coaching and guidance to managers on leadership, people development, and engagement
Analyse HR metrics and provide insight to drive continuous improvement and decision-making
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support talent acquisition and onboarding strategies to attract and retain high-performing talent
Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing across the organisation
Lead or support key HR projects such as TUPE, restructures, or cultural transformation
