The HR Business Partner role supports both

Aalberts-HFC and Flamco St Helens

and

reports into the HR International Manager

, working closely with UK leadership teams while aligning local people practices with global HR strategy, standards, and governance. This provides exposure to

international HR frameworks

, cross-site collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute to wider group-level initiatives while retaining meaningful local impact.

As HRBP, you will:

Partner with senior leaders and line managers

to translate business strategy into effective people plans, supporting performance, engagement, and sustainable growth. Lead on

employee relations strategy

, providing pragmatic, risk-aware advice on complex cases while building management capability and confidence. Drive the

performance management framework

, embedding consistent appraisal, feedback, and monthly 1:1 practices that support high performance and accountability. Play a key role in

organisational development and change

, supporting restructuring, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Champion

employee engagement and culture

, ensuring engagement survey insights are converted into measurable action and meaningful outcomes. Ensure robust

employment law compliance and governance

, mitigating risk through strong policies, processes, and decision-making. Use

people data and HR metrics

to inform decision-making, track trends, and provide insight to SLT. Support the development of

people capability and leadership effectiveness

, coaching managers and influencing at all levels of the organisation.
This is a role for an HR professional who wants to move beyond transactional HR and operate as a

Pay: 32,353.20-35,000.00 per year
