JOB DESCRIPTION


Le/la HRBP est le/la partenaire RH des sites de production de Thouars et Nantes. Cette personne accompagne les responsables et les equipes dans la mise en oeuvre des politiques RH, en coherence avec les objectifs de l'entreprise. Veritable relais local, le/la HRBP agit comme conseillerere strategique, ambassadeurrice de la culture d'entreprise et acteurrice du changement.



RESPONSIBILITIES

Pilotage RH & KPIs



Suivi des indicateurs RH (recrutement, engagement, performance), Analyse des donnees pour orienter les decisions locales, Reporting regulier et recommandations aux equipes dirigeantes,

Recrutement & Integration



Gestion du recrutement des salariees de production, Accompagnement des responsables pour les recrutements de personnel administratif et technique, Coordination des parcours d'integration et de depart,

Performance & Talents



Suivi des campagnes d'evaluation, Coaching des responsables pour developper les talents, Animation des revues de talents et des plans de succession,

Formation & Developpement



Identification des besoins en formation, Organisation logistique des sessions, Veille reglementaire RH,

Engagement & Communication



Analyse des enquetes d'engagement, Mise en oeuvre d'actions locales pour renforcer le bien-etre, Organisation d'evenements et de programmes de reconnaissance,

Gestion du changement



Accompagnement des transformations locales, Soutien aux equipes pendant les periodes de transition,

Temps de travail & Paie



Suivi des pointages et coordination paie (hors perimetre SBS), Interface locale pour les questions de temps et de remuneration,

Coordination & Marque Employeur



Lien entre les sites et l'equipe RH centrale, Promotion de la culture d'entreprise, Participation aux campagnes locales de marque employeur.


QUALIFICATIONS

Professionnelle RH agile, orientee resultats, avec un excellent sens du relationnel, Communication claire et persuasive, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit, Capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites dans un environnement dynamique, Esprit collaboratif avec les equipes RH centrales, Sens du service et orientation business, Diplome en RH, administration ou domaine equivalent (ou experience equivalente), Minimum 3 ans d'experience en RH, avec une forte dimension business partner, Maitrise de l'anglais,

Mobilite : deplacements frequents ( 40 %) entre Thouars et Nantes
