Due to this growth, we are now looking to recruit an HR Business Partner to join our highly skilled People Team to ensure we continue to offer effective HR provision to our schools.

About The Role

The role will work closely with our Director of People and Strategy, to lead the HR operational team to deliver high-quality services. Main responsibilities include:

-Management of complex employee relations cases.

-Advising/supporting senior leaders effectively in their role.

-Support organisational change, workforce planning, and policy development.

-Build strong stakeholder relationships and promote an inclusive culture.

This is a hybrid role based from our Central Team Head Office at Academy House, Threemilestone and will require regular visits to our schools.

About You

We are looking to hear from candidates who can demonstrate the following:

-CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience (Level 7 desirable).

-Proven HR generalist or HRBP experience.

-Strong employee relations expertise and knowledge of UK employment law.

-Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 50,000.00 per year
