Purpose




BVI Medical is a global medical device company committed to improving the sight and lives of patients around the world. We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support us in the UK, NL and Nordics.





In this pivotal newly created role, you'll be the key HR partner for two of our manufacturing sites Bidford, UK and Brielle, Netherlands as well as for remote employees across the UK, NL and Nordic countries. Acting as a strategic advisor and collaborative partner, you will be an integral part of the respective Site Leadership Teams working closely with local site leaders and with matrix leaders across our global organisation to drive performance, culture, and talent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the strategic HR partner to site and global leaders, offering guidance on organisation design, workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management. Support and influence across a matrixed environment, aligning local HR initiatives with broader global strategies. Collaborate closely with our new Shared Services Centre and Talent Acquisition Team in Poland to ensure seamless delivery of HR services. Lead or contribute to regional and global HR projects focused on transformation, talent, and culture. Act as a coach and trusted advisor to leadership, helping to build high-performing teams and shape the employee experience. Travel regularly to our Brielle, NL site to maintain a close connection with local leaders and teams.



Qualification



Significant UK HR Business Partnering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Proven ability to operate strategically while delivering hands-on support when needed. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working in matrixed and multinational environments. Confidence managing complex employee relations and organisational change. Significant experience within the UK, experience working in support of other European Countries (Netherlands preferred). Willingness to be on site in Bidford-on-Avon 2-3 days per week, with regular travel to the Netherlands approximately every 6-8 weeks. The right to work in the United Kingdom and the ability to regularly travel on business to Europe.

Salary:

70,000-85,000 per annum, dependent on experience plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
