We have a new and exciting opportunity for an

HR Business Partner

, to join our team and deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients

.





Predominately office based in Wardington, Oxfordshire, with some flexibility to work from home, you will be responsible for the successful role out of the People and Culture programme for our clients, fostering a high performance culture whilst ensuring compliance and HR best practices are being nurtured with the Management team, all supported by a Coops & Co Strategic HR Lead and HR administration.

As an HR business partner you will work closely with leaders and managers at all levels to deliver practical, people focused solutions. This is a hands on role which will includ edrafting HR documentation whilst coaching individuals to align their communication style with our clients mission to deliver exceptional service.



As the onsite HR Business Partner you will:

Partner Across All Levels

: Build strong relationships with senior leaders, line managers, and teams to understand business needs and provide tailored HR support.

HR Advice and Guidance:

Offer clear, pragmatic advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.

Draft and Deliver HR Documentation

: Prepare contracts, policies, and communications that are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Coaching and Development:

Coach managers and individuals to enhance their communication style and leadership approach, ensuring alignment with our client's mission to deliver exceptional service.

Embed Core Values

: Champion and integrate organisational values into everyday practices, fostering a culture that reflects these principles.

Manage recruitment:

onboarding, and talent development, drafting offer letters, contracts, and the amendment to contracts as well as managing key employee dates such as probationary review dates and end of fixed-term contracts

Implement HR policies

: whilst ensuring legal compliance

Lead initiatives

: to include, wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion

Outstanding communication skills High levels of attention to detail A pro-active approach and attitude Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks A friendly and personable but professional approach Team spirit and flexibility A high level of customer service Confidentiality and discretion at all times Ability to adapt style and approach to different situations as required Excellent IT and Microsoft Office expertise The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience working as an HR Manager or HR Consultant CIPD Level 5 qualified or above is desirable Proven experience in strategic HR and cultural transformation * Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
