We are looking for a dynamic
HR Business Partner (HRBP) with hands-on HR management capability
. This hybrid role blends strategic partnership with operational delivery, ensuring our people and leaders are supported at every stage of our expansion. As we expand further we want to ensure our HR processes are capable.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Business Partnering
Define and shape the HR function for a business entering its next stage of expansion.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, supporting organisational design, workforce planning, and culture development.
Lead on HR strategy aligned with long-term business goals.
Use data and insights to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive improvement.
Day-to-Day HR Management
Provide first-line HR support across all teams.
Manage employee relations cases including performance, sickness, conduct, and grievances.
Oversee HR documentation, systems, and processes, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal standards.
Maintain accurate records, contracts, onboarding documents, and employee files.
Lead onboarding, induction, DBS checks, right-to-work, and probation processes.
Coach line managers through performance reviews, capability issues, and people development.
Coordinate exit processes, handovers, and exit interviews.
Recruitment & Talent
Assist end-to-end recruitment process across multiple sites.
Support the creation of job descriptions, hiring pipelines, and employer branding content.
Improve the onboarding experience.
Compliance & Policy
Ensure adherence to employment law, GDPR, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Write, update, and maintain HR policies, contracts, and employee handbooks.
Track mandatory training and support managers with compliance follow-up.
Skills and Experience
CIPD Level 5 (minimum), level 7 preferred
Proven experience in an HR business partner or HR manager role
Confident in advising and coaching managers
Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands on delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate ability to write, update, and implement policies, HR frameworks and process improvements
