AXA Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our HR Global Operations and Total Reward function. This senior-level position plays a vital role in shaping the People strategy across our organization, which spans over 20 countries. Position Overview: As the Director of HR Global Operations and Total Reward, you will report directly to the Chief People and Sustainability Officer. You will be instrumental in driving HR transformation, designing competitive compensation and benefits strategies, and leading a high-performing team to achieve our organizational goals.

What you'll be doing:

Strategic Leadership:



+ Shape and implement HR transformation strategies aligned with business priorities.
+ Oversee the overall support framework for HR, including budget planning, HR transformation projects, and data analytics strategy

Team Development:




+ Build and lead a high-performing team in Compensation & Benefits, HR operations, and data analytics
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function

Operational Excellence:




+ Automate and digitize HR services to enhance the employee experience and streamline operations
+ Leverage HR technology solutions to create efficiencies and reduce costs

Data and Insights:




+ Promote a data-driven culture within the People & Communications family
+ Provide evidence-based insights to drive strategic workforce planning and organizational decisions

Total Reward Strategy:




+ Design and implement a comprehensive total reward strategy that attracts and retains talent globally
+ Lead the development and analysis of compensation and benefits programs to ensure alignment with AXA's mission and values

Governance and Compliance:




+ Ensure governance and compliance in performance, compensation, and benefits processes
+ Manage global internal mobility and local benefits plans in line with AXA standards

What you'll bring:

Post Graduate Degree with a strong understanding of business and HR principles Proven experience in Human Resources and Business Finance within a matrixed, multinational environment Strong strategic vision with the ability to operate autonomously and creatively Demonstrated success in leading global projects and working with diverse, multicultural teams Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to listen and respond to partner needs High degree of resilience, assertiveness, and problem-solving capabilities Proficient in analytical and workforce planning methodologies, with experience in reporting and data analytics Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
