In this role you'll have the opportunity to:


promote the work of the HR Division to over 12,500 staff - leading how we communicate our strategy, services, and initiatives to staff and institutions across the University; lead the planning and delivery of high-quality content, ensuring our communications are clear, timely, and impactful; work closely with HR specialist teams to deliver engaging content and campaigns; oversee the HR Division's digital presence and ensure consistent, high-quality messaging; and be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and professional growth.

About you:




You'll bring:


Proven experience of advising on and delivering effective communications strategies and campaigns; Strong writing and editing skills across a range of formats and platforms utilising insight, feedback and data; Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills; and Resilience and the ability to navigate organisational complexity and sensitivities.

Prior HR experience is not essential for this position. However, familiarity with employment-related topics and an awareness of how they influence communication would be beneficial.
