Main Job Purpose



The role will support the Business Systems Manager by handling day-to-day tasks, preparing documents, and ensuring efficient coordination of meetings, reporting, and communication systems.

Key Responsibilities



Systems & Administration

Support the administration of organisational systems including reporting, telephony, email/IT applications, HR records, and data storage. Assist in gathering data and producing reports for funders and management. Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient filing/storage of key documents. Provide administrative support during HR meetings and recruitment processes. Assist with the policy review process, preparing documentation as required.
Premises & Supplier Support

Support the management of supplier contracts and office premises administration. Assist with health & safety processes, ensuring compliance across the organisation. Communications & Marketing Provide support for marketing and social media activities. Assist with updates and basic maintenance of the website.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 24,242.00 per year

Expected hours: 14 per week
