We're looking for an organised, proactive HR & Compliance Officer to support our people, governance, and quality functions. This is a varied role where you'll help ensure our HR processes run smoothly, from recruitment and onboarding to training, management of electronic rostering system, date management, and day?to?day operational support.
You'll also play a key part in our compliance activity, assisting with audits, policy implementation, risk management, safety checks, and the investigation of complaints and significant events. You'll help maintain essential documentation, coordinate internal audits, and support our commitment to meeting CQC, regulatory, and contractual standards.
We're seeking someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and confidence handling sensitive information. Experience in healthcare or another regulated sector is an advantage, as is knowledge of GDPR and compliance frameworks.
