We are seeking an enthusiastic full time (35 hours per week) HR Consultant to join our team of experts from Monday the 5th January 2026. With a diverse range of HR responsibilities, you'll be at the forefront of shaping HR strategy for our clients. Your days will be varied and you can expect to be working on employee relations, employee engagement, recruitment, training, well-being, creating employment contracts, staff handbooks and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted HR partner.
Onsite Engagement:
You'll have the opportunity to work directly with clients, often onsite, to gain valuable insights into their unique HR needs.
HR Expertise:
Leverage your excellent HR knowledge and Level 5 / 7 CIPD qualification to provide expert guidance to clients and colleagues alike.
Varied HR Duties:
From recruitment and employee relations to well-being initiatives, training programs, and strategic planning, you'll have a diverse range of responsibilities that keep every day exciting. You will be supported by our outstanding team of HR professionals who are dedicated to delivering excellence in every aspect of HR.
Client Visits:
Be prepared to travel beyond Ipswich to visit clients, ensuring we provide personalised HR solutions wherever they may be located.

Qualifications:
L5 or L7 CIPD qualified or equivalent HR certification.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
