This position serves as a key member of the corporate Gallagher's Internal Consulting team that is responsible for designing and executing strategic and operational improvement initiatives. This role will collaborate with senior team members and operational staff to design, , and implement a new Global HR Shared Services Hub over a 2 - 3 - year time horizon, managing senior consultants and consultants as assigned. Specific tasks will include establishing future state HR Service Delivery Model (inclusive of service catalog, tiered definitions, organizational structure / sizing); standardizing core HR processes; creating HR Support Model reference documentation (e.g., Desktop procedures, FAQs, Job Aids); and building Support Model performance scorecards. Upon successful implementation of the Global HR Shared Services Hub, the incumbent will transition to other initiatives.
How you'll make an impact
Team Leadership & Oversight:
Oversee consultant(s) on key initiatives, ensuring quality of deliverables from all assigned resources.
Provide mentorship and coaching to other consulting team resources.
Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure successful delivery of organizational objectives.
HR Design and Expertise:
Design and deploy Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support function processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Develop HR taxonomies, service catalogs, and detailed implementation plans.
Contribute to the organizational design of Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the new support model.
Support the assessment and deployment of advanced Tier 0 solutions, such as Agentic AI, to enhance HR service delivery.
Serve as a subject matter expert in HR transformation, leveraging experience from large consulting firms to drive results.
Advise HR stakeholders on opportunities for improvement within HR sub-functions (e.g., centralization, process standardization), creating an evidence-based foundation for change.
Process Improvement and Analysis:
Analyze and reengineer business processes with input from management and staff.
Determine comprehensive business requirements.
Document current-state ("as-is") processes and information flows.
Develop future-state ("to-be") process flows and process change diagrams to identify necessary organizational and workflow changes.
Apply problem-solving skills to craft actionable recommendations and work with management and staff to implement solutions.
Project Management:
Lead workstreams in the execution of the Global HR Shared Services Hub initiative, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Provide a clear implementation approach for executing transition plans through defined phases and milestones
Write detailed action plans, including timelines, tasks, and sequences of events, to guide team members, consultants, and contractors.
Develop training materials for assigned projects.
Update project management documents regularly.
Actively measure, monitor, and report on project and transition activities, milestones, dependencies, status, KPIs, and risks/issues.
Create and deliver report-outs and updates to project teams and stakeholders at various levels.
About you
MBA Degree
6+ years of HR management consulting experience, including HR Contact Center and/or Shared Services projects

Expertise in creating HR taxonomies, service catalogs, implementation plans, role descriptions, and organizational designs.
