Job Purpose:




Provide support across the range of People activities, with particular focus on recruitment; learning and


development; HR records and systems; and employee engagement. Gain experience at work and


complete all training and development to meet the CIPD Level 3 standard.

Responsibilities:




As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting a broad range of HR activities across the full employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include acting as a first point of contact for People-related queries, processing employee changes, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and maintaining accurate and compliant HR records and systems. You'll assist with coordinating training, tracking compliance, and supporting the delivery of personal development and appraisal processes. Additionally, you'll contribute to employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and culture-focused projects that reflect our values and support a positive working environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of HR within a supportive and collaborative team.
