What we do:
Whether it's fresh consignments or frozen goods we have it covered! Langdons can deliver to almost any location in the UK or Ireland within 24 hours. We have 9 depots and over 375 lorries carrying chilled and frozen food all over the country. We're the only company providing a 24-hour service of this kind, and we're very good at it.

The role:
To provide a people-focused and legally compliant HR support service for colleagues and managers on a company-wide basis.
What you'll do:
Support the delivery of a people focused and effective service consistently across the organisation. These services should be delivered empathetically yet with commercial awareness, balancing the needs of our colleagues with that of the organisation.
Management of the HR inbox - ensuring all emails are allocated to the appropriate role within the timeframe set.
Management of the Live case tracker - ensure effective, timely case management of people related issues.
Continuous coaching, guidance, and support from the HR Advisors.
Assist the HR Advisors with the provision of day-to-day advice, guidance, and admin related tasks.
Support with case work, acting as note-taker.
Review and analyse people related data, identifying relevant trends, and recommending cost-effective solutions in accordance with the latest insights, legislative and future business requirements.
Prepare and provide monthly KPI's and required reporting.
Assist with project tasks and demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous improvement by actively seeking more efficient ways of working.
Commit to continuous personal and professional development and reflective practice and empower others to do the same.
What we're looking for:
CIPD qualification or working towards or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years' experience in a fast-moving environment
Exceptional IT skills with the ability to source, design, and present information in an accessible and engaging format
Experienced in data preparation and analysis
Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees.
Strong administrative skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to work on own initiative with a solution focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team to fluid targets and deadlines, whilst balancing longer-term projects
Proven verbal, written communication and presentation skills
