Here at GXO we are looking for a

HR Coordinator

to join our Drinks team based at

Dove Valley Park, DE65

.
You'll support the delivery of a first-class on-site people service, with administrative responsibility for HR and Engagement. This is a fairly new role so lots of opportunity to make it your own and great development role!

This is a part time, permanent role and we are super flexible on hours from 24 to 30 hours per week, flexible on days but Monday and Thursday are a must!

We're looking to offer a salary of up to

28,000

per annum, this will be pro rata based on working hours above and same for 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:

Support the build of the HR function, implementing processes and systems to deliver objectives, playing an active part in the contract ethos and strategy Maintain the HR system and associated records, such as sickness and holiday entitlement Get involved in ER issues, recruitment, employee engagement and organisational change Prepare and process letters, meeting minutes and other documents as and when required

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Previous experience working in a HR environment preferred dealing with ER and recruitment activity Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels Strong in systems - HRIS, Microsoft Office such as word and Excel Experience of undertaking a broad range of tasks including working with and advising employees and line managers on employee relations issues
