About the Successful Applicant
You'll have experience in HR coordination or generalist roles. A strong understanding of Israeli employment law is advantageous. You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities. Fluent communication in both Hebrew and English is essential, alongside confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
About the Job
This role offers a broad and engaging remit, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring efficient HR operations with a focus on the Israel team. As a key member of the HR function, you'll work closely with managers to deliver a seamless experience across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement.
Duties will include:

  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activity including scheduling, posting, and candidate communication
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes to support a smooth employee journey
  • Maintaining accurate HR records in line with Israeli employment legislation
  • Supporting performance and training cycles
  • Assisting in the implementation of company HR policies and compliance practices
  • Acting as a first point of contact for employee HR queries
  • Organising engagement initiatives and driving internal communications
  • Collaborating with payroll and finance to ensure accurate employee data
