HR Coordinator / Internal Recruiter
to join our team.
About the Role:
You'll play a key role in managing recruitment across multiple sites, supporting HR processes, and helping to build a strong, motivated team. This is a hands-on role with a mix of recruitment coordination, HR administration, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, service, and admin roles
Post job ads, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and offers
Maintain HR records and support with onboarding processes
Assist with HR admin tasks including absence tracking, training logs, and policy updates
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support line managers where needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a fast-paced admin role
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive and professional approach
Automotive industry experience is a bonus but not essential
