As a HR Coordinator with Curaleaf International, you will support our full employee lifecycle, contribute to key People & Culture projects and initiatives, and work alongside the wider People & Culture team.







Duties include:

Onboarding & Induction: Manage new starters from offer acceptance to first day--including contracts, IT setup, and induction schedules. Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate payroll-related tasks such as time entry, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits enrolment. Employee Engagement: Act as a central point of contact for HR inquiries, working closely with local HR leads. Vendor Management: Track and manage renewal timelines for HR vendors (EAP, benefits, training) to ensure continuity. Internal Communications: Draft content, coordinate updates, and collaborate with designers to support internal messaging. Event Coordination: Support the planning and logistics of cultural and engagement events in London. Learning & Development: Help coordinate training sessions, update the LMS, and monitor participation and feedback. HR Projects & Calendar: Assist the HR Director with ad-hoc projects and maintain the global HR events and awareness calendar. HRIS Administration: Ensure accurate data management within Cezanne HRIS and support system enhancements.

Requirements:

It's essential you have:

1-3 years of HR or related administrative experience. Familiarity with HRIS and LMS platforms (experience with Cezanne HR and Litmos is ideal). Understanding of payroll submissions and benefits administration. Strong communication and writing skills in UK English. Excellent organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail. A genuine passion for employee experience--internal comms, L&D, wellbeing, and events. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR/UK data protection. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment and managing multiple projects at once.

Although not essential it would be highly desirable if you have:


CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) or equivalent HR certification. Experience working in international HR or global teams. Background in event coordination or internal communications (newsletter, intranet, office culture projects).
